酝味产自贵州省茅台镇7.5平方公里核心产区,恪守传统“回沙”工艺,根据时令,端午制曲,重阳下沙,九次蒸煮、八次发酵及七次取酒工序,这一过程需要经过五年的蕴藏。
在设计上希望遵从“酝”的概念,回归到内敛与质朴的形象。酒瓶外形灵感来源于南宋官窑八方盘口瓶,瓶身没有标签,苍劲的书法如碑刻般存在,防伪瓶盖与瓶通过一体化的设计还原了盘口瓶的细节,遵循古时匠人神技巧思。

Yunwei originates from the 7.5-square-kilometre core production area of Maotai Town, Guizhou Province. It adheres to the traditional “Hui Sha” craft, with the making process following seasonal rhythms: making fermented grains at Duanwu, adding ingredients at Chongyang. It undergoes nine steaming cycles, eight fermentation cycles, and seven extraction cycles, taking five years to mature.
The design concept is rooted in ‘preservation’, returning to a visual of restraint and simplicity. The octagonal pan-mouth bottles of the Southern Song Dynasty inspire the bottle’s form. The bottle body bears no label; instead, vigorous calligraphy appears as if carved on stone. The anti-counterfeiting cap and bottle body are designed as a single unit, recreating the details of the pan-mouth bottle to reflect the ancient skills and spirit of artisans.
