位于上海新华路上的日式烧鸟店，因大隐于市，故名藏。对银藏两个字的结构比例做了微妙的调整，希望既有过往的烟火气，又不失现代感。为了呼应纯正的日本烧鸟口味，“藏”字使用了少两笔的日文汉字“蔵”。Situated on Xinhua Road in Shanghai, this Yakitori restaurant is named Zang, which signifies its low-key presence within the city. The character proportions for ‘Zai’ and ‘Zang’ have been adjusted to convey both a sense of traditional warmth and a sense of contemporary. The character ‘藏’ uses the Japanese kanji ‘蔵’ to describe an original Japanese flavour.
